Outlawz is a new faction on the perfect world server international. The reason this faction was started is cuz a group of friends who wanted a faction
without drama and just for having some fun.
That's why we (I) hope that we can make outlawz one of those names to stand out in the whole PWI world.3
We are the outlawz of perfect world, and were proud of it to!
